4. Full Range of HLA Tests:

1) Functional Test

Eternity offers Functional Testing (FCT) with its turn-key assembly services. Functional testing usually is performed after the circuit boards are assembled and AOI & visual inspections are finished. Early testing allows us to find and correct component failures, assembly defects or potential design issues at an early stage and make troubleshooting as quick as possible. Finally, customers can deliver a perfect product to their clients in a short time frame. Functional testing is done mainly to avoid assembly issues including shorts, opens, missing components or the installation of incorrect parts.

2) Environmental / Thermal

Environmental testing simulates the different climatic conditions and mechanical stress that products are exposed to during their lifetime. As a result, these tests expose weaknesses in a product’s design or performance that could occur in service, particularly at extreme levels.

3) High Potential Test

The test voltage is usually much higher than the usual operating voltage in order to stress the dielectric properties of the device under test.

4) Failure Analysis

Our experienced engineers play important role in the analysis of failures, whether a component or product fails in service or if failure occurs in manufacturing or during production processing.

5) Cleanliness Tests

Some contamination sources include: etching, plating, tinning, or leveling residues; dust; moisture or rinse water; oil pollution from fingerprints; component packaging materials. We clean the product from PCBA stage.

5. Aging Test

Aging test is under extreme conditions including humidity, temperature and thermal shock.

Our Shenzhen plant has 8 square meters aging room with constant temperature.
